This patient is a consultant doctor , with jaw discrepancy , chin deviation , narrow arch , poor bite and crowding .

They were severely worn dentition, hyper sensitivity, treatment was done without grinding the teeth and with digital planning and wax up. The temporary teeth tried to check cosmetic and function. then porcelain veneers and overlays was bonded over untouched natural teeth to protect teeth, improve cosmetic and increase the height of bite.
