What happens when I decide to go ahead?

Dental Health Check, Impressions, Clinical Photos and xray – The dentist will assess your oral health ,making sure that your gums are healthy enough for orthodontic treatment and let you know if any general care is needed (e.g. fillings). An accurate impression of your teeth will be taken along with photographs of your smile. You will be referred for a specialist xray.

Case Submission – Your xrays and pictures along with your treatment plan will be submitted to the Six Month Smiles® Clinical Forum. When we are certain that your plan has been finalised, your Six Month Smiles® kit will be ordered and shipped from America.

Braces On – Once your braces have arrive , you will attend for your “Braces On” appointment, ensuring you are happy with all the instructions about looking after your braces and oral health.
